Is It Easy To Learn Chakra Meditation?

Usual methods of meditation can be completed faster than charka meditation. In total we have seven chakras and nearly it takes two hours to complete chakra meditation on all of them. To begin with we need to first understand these seven chakras, their locations and then how to perform chakra meditation.

Root chakra is placed for your stability, balance and safety and is situated at the spine base. Sacral chakra is located at the lower abdomen and is positioned for sexuality, enthusiasm, and abilities for higher consciousness and psychic abilities. Color of this chakra is orange. Solar Plexus chakra is positioned to find our will power and is located just under the chest. This chakra is positioned for power and impulsive actions and its color is yellow.

Heart is the center for unconditional love and compassion and is situated in the chest. Color of heart chakra is green. Throat is the place where the ability to express ourselves verbally and our communication abilities are situated. It is situated below the head on the throat and the color of this chakra is sky blue. Third Eye has the ability to see beyond the physical world and is our window to the spiritual world. It is located on the forehead and the color of this chakra is indigo. Crown is the straight channel to higher consciousness, is located on top of the head and the color of this chakra is violet.

One or chakras can be focused on with Chakra meditation and it helps us to get more consciousness and awareness in life. Chakra meditation supports in facilitation of rebalancing the fields of energy. A comfortable position is recommended to start chakra meditation. After a comfortable position relax yourself by taking deep breath and close your eyes slowly.

For chakra meditation two types of approaches can be followed. Either you can see the colors linked with chakra spots or imagine your energy being balanced in the chakra spots in your body. Chakra meditation can be started by imagining a red ball expanding in strength and size when you breathe in and out.

When you are focusing on the color of the chakra, your rate of coming out of it must be slowed down, with the brightness of the color remaining unaffected. Once chakra meditation is done you must permit your body to come to this conscious world gradually.

You will not only gain your confidence back but also peace of mind with chakra meditation. Keep your focus on the colors of the chakra with chakra meditation. This meditation should be followed in an environment which is calm and it will help you to open your closed chakras.

You must practice chakra meditation by focusing on the colors of chakra and see for yourself gaining back your confidence and peace of mind. Open your closed chakras with chakra meditation in a calm, serene atmosphere and a comfortable position. You must take out time to regain your confidence back by practicing chakra meditation.
